Shelly Clark EA - Tax & Business Services, LLC

I am an Enrolled Agent, and the founder of Shelly Clark, EA – Tax & Business Services, LLC, a full-service tax and business consulting firm. I formed this company in 2022 and I personally oversee the daily operations of the firm. I specialize in tax and accounting matters, such as setting up small business accounts, advising on tax matters relating to business entity selections, tax return preparation, tax planning, tax consulting, bookkeeping, and payroll. I also assist client with IRS or Louisiana tax resolution matters.

I began my career in 2000 as an external inventory auditor, transitioned to a tax professional in 2007, began instructing tax classes in 2010, and went on to become an Enrolled Agent in 2015. I am a 2010 graduate of the University of Phoenix in 2010, where I received my bachelor’s in accounting and learned my love for taxes. My desire has always been to help clients stay compliant on all levels of their bookkeeping, finance, and tax matters.

I have been married for 26 years and raised six children. Over the past few years, I have been blessed with two amazing daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren. On my downtime, I love spending time with my family, and traveling places where I can disconnect from the hustles of everyday life and simply focus on making memories.
